Version 6.5b of GoFiler has been released. This version contains changes and improvements for Text View, Page View, Data View, and XBRL View/XDX. This release also contains updates for Forms 13F, ATS-N, Section 16, and general EDGAR forms.

The SEC will be closed Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day. The EDGAR System will not receive, process or accept filings on this day. Filings with a due date of May 25th will be due the following business day. The FERC will also be closed in observation of Memorial Day. eForms will accept filings submitted on May 25th. {expires: 2026-05-26}
